? We're Hiring: Oracle FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant! ?

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in banking domain processes and strong hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE implementations, upgrades, and support. As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive operational excellence and digital transformation.

? Role: Oracle FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant

What You'll Do:

- Analyse business requirements and design Oracle FLEXCUBE functional solutions.
- Work on CASA, Lending, Interest & Charges, Liquidity Management, and Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM).
- Support FLEXCUBE 14.x upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and implementations.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and impact assessments.




- Coordinate with technical teams on customizations and CEMLI requirements.
- Support integrations with ATM/POS switches, payment systems, and upstream/downstream applications.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, go-live, and production support.

What We're Looking For:

- 5 years of relevant Oracle FLEXCUBE/Core Banking experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of FLEXCUBE 14.x.
- Hands-on experience in CASA and at least one of Lending, Interest & Charges, or Liquidity Management.
- Working knowledge of OBPM and payment processes.
- Experience with implementation, customization, upgrades, migration, and production support.
- Robust understanding of banking transaction flows and integration requirements.
