The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments.

Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Now IT Operations Management (ITOM).- Experience with configuring and customizing Service
