Key Responsibilities :
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot tablet hardware and software issues.
2. Perform component-level repair and identify faulty components.
3. Replace display, battery, charging port, speakers, buttons, motherboard/components, etc.
4. Perform software flashing, OS installation, firmware updates, and configuration.
5. Conduct hardware diagnostics and functional testing after repair.
6. Perform data transfer, backup, and device configuration as required.
7. Handle part replacement and repair documentation accurately.
8. Perform final QC/testing before dispatch.
9. Update service tickets, job sheets, and repair status in the system.
10. Ensure repairs are completed within defined SLA/TAT and coordinate with the backend/service team.
