We are hiring Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, generating leads, promoting company products or services, handling customer queries, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Introduce and explain company products or services.
Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with customers and interested prospects.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Schedule appointments and arrange meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
Handle customer questions and provide professional responses.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
Prepare basic daily and weekly call reports.
Maintain a polite, skilled, and customer-friendly approach.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any relevant field.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Clear and confident telephone communication.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to handle calls professionally and work under pressure.
