Job Description

Colliers is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Consultant to join its Advisory Services team. The role involves delivering strategic real estate advisory assignments across asset classes . The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable client strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and development appraisals.
- Perform Highest & Best Use (HBU), demand-supply analysis, pricing studies, and market research.
- Build and analyze financial models (DCF, IRR, cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis).
- Evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Support client engagements, proposal development, and business development initiatives.
- Track industry, regulatory, and policy developments impacting real estate markets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Advisory, Consulting, Feasibility, Market Research, or Development Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.




- Solid expertise in Feasibility Studies, HBU Analysis, Market Assessment, Demand Analysis, Development Appraisal, and Investment Analysis.
- Advanced skills in Financial Modelling, DCF, IRR, Cash Flow Analysis, MS Excel, and Power Point.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Architecture, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
