Job Summary

HMJ Developers is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to handle day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. Candidates with experience in real estate or construction accounting will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

- Handle accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts, and payments using Tally.

- Prepare and maintain GST records and ensure timely GST return filing.

- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.

- Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile customer and vendor accounts.

- Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.

- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Maintain ledgers, cash books, and other financial documents.

- Assist in preparing profit and loss statements and other financial reports.





- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.

- Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions and tax assessments.

Required Skills
- Solid working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, and TDS.

- Knowledge of GST and TDS return filing and statutory compliance.

- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting documentation.

- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.

- Hands-on experience in Tally, GST, and TDS is mandatory.

- Candidates with real estate or construction industry accounting experience will be preferred.

- Ability to independently manage routine accounting operations and compliance activities.
