Job Title - Mule Soft Enterprise Architect / Lead

Requirements:-

We are seeking a highly experienced Mule Soft Enterprise Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, governance, development, delivery, and evolution of the enterprise integration landscape. This is a hands-on architecture role that combines enterprise-level solution ownership with active Mule Soft coding and end-to-end project execution.

The Mule Soft Lead provides technical leadership, solution governance, operational oversight and stakeholder management for the Mule Soft integration platform. The role acts as the primary technical authority and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Mule Soft-related activities across production support, enhancements, projects, transitions and strategic initiatives.

Key skill: Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Design Center, API Manager

- 8 to 12+ years of overall IT experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on Mule Soft development, integration design or architecture experience
- Proven experience leading Mule Soft or enterprise integration teams
- Solid experience in AMS, production support,



major incidents and Problem Management
- Demonstrated client-facing communication, technical governance and stakeholder-management capability
- Experience delivering in a global, multi-team support environment
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of enterprise integration, solution architecture, and technical delivery experience.
- 5+ years of strong hands-on Mule Soft development and architecture experience.
- Proven experience personally developing Mule Soft solutions while leading architecture and project delivery.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Mule Soft implementation, integration transformation, or modernisation projects.
- Experience leading distributed technical teams across projects, enhancements, managed services, and production support.
- Experience managing multiple technical workstreams, estimates, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Strong customer-facing consulting, presentation, and executive stakeholder-management experience.
- Experience working in global delivery and managed services environments.
