- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, manage critical dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

- 15+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 8+ years successfully managing large-scale Temenos core banking transformations (e.g., Transact/T24, Infinity, Wealth).

Core Responsibilities

- Solution Design & Configuration: Lead gap analysis workshops and translate complex business requirements into Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) and core configurations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior implementation consultants, ensuring code quality, configuration standards, and delivery excellence.
- Customisation Delivery: Oversee the development of local versions, enquiries, templates, and complex routines (e.g., in TAFJ/jBC).
- Post-Go-Live Support: Guide the team through hypercare and transition activities to BAU support teams.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of Core Banking experience, with at least 6+ years dedicated to Temenos (T24/Transact) implementation.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA) across Core Modules (Accounts, Customer, Interest) and LOBs (Retail, Corporate, Corporate Lending, or Wealth).
- Strong technical background in TAFJ, jBC, Info Basic, and screen customisation.

4. Data Migration Lead Temenos

Temenos Data Migration Lead to manage the critical, high-risk phase of moving legacy banking data into the up-to-date Temenos ecosystem. The candidate will design, build, and execute the complete Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) and reconciliation strategy.

Core Responsibilities

- Migration Strategy: Define the data cleansing, mapping, transformation, and reconciliation strategies from legacy systems to Temenos Core (Transact).
- Tool Utilization: Standardise the use of migration frameworks such as Temenos Data Source (TDS), Data Migration Tool (DMT), or custom ETL pipelines.
- Mock Executions: Lead multiple mock migration cycles, analyze fallout reports, and fine-tune scripts to optimize cutover window timings.
- Data Integrity & Security: Ensure data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local bank compliance) are strictly maintained during transit.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years in Data Migration, with 5+ years leading Temenos-specific migration projects.
- Mastery of the Temenos Data Model and schema layout.
- Expert-level skills in SQL, PL/SQL, ETL tools (like Informatica, Talend, or Datastage), and shell scripting.




- Proven capability to reconcile complex financial data sets with zero variance tolerance.

5. Testing Lead Temenos Core Banking

Temenos Testing Lead to own the End-to-End Quality Assurance program for our core banking deployments. The candidate will define the QA strategy covering functional, regression, integration, performance, and automation testing.

- QA Strategy & Execution: Author the Master Test Plan spanning System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and Performance Testing.
- Automation Frameworks: Drive the shift towards automated regression testing using tools like Temenos Continuous Deployment (TCD) or generic tools (Selenium, Tosca).
- Defect Triage: Lead daily defect triage meetings with business analysts, implementation vendors, and developers to ensure swift resolutions.

Key Requirements
