Key Responsibilities
1. Material Receipt & Verification
Inward raw materials, packaging materials, and engineering goods as per Purchase Orders
(PO).
Verify physical quantity, batch numbers and manufacturer COA (Certificate of Analysis).
Generate Goods Receipt Note (GRN) timely in Odoo ERP system.
Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for sampling and labelling of incoming material.
2. Storage & Inventory Management
Ensure proper segregation of hazardous, flammable, toxic and corrosive chemicals.
Maintain accurate storage temperatures as per Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Implement strict FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) mechanisms.
Conduct monthly cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification.
Reconcile physical stock with ERP data and investigate variances.
3. Material Dispensing & Issuance
Issue raw materials to the Production department based on approved Material Requisitions
(MRN) and BOM.
Oversee the weighing and dispensing process inside cleanrooms/sampling booths with 100%
accuracy.
Ensure proper handling and transfer of solvents via pipelines or dedicated containers.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
Maintain updated logbooks, bin cards, and temperature monitoring charts.
Ensure 100% readiness for regulatory audits (e.g., USFDA, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, and Local
FDA).
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.




Manage documentation for rejected, expired, or non-viable chemical disposal as per EHS
norms.
5. Workplace, Health & Safety (EHS)
Enforce the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the warehouse.
Maintain emergency readiness for chemical spills, leakages, and firefighting protocols.
Ensure high standards of housekeeping and material stack heights inside the store.
