Role Description
The HR Manager role at Redstone is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Daily activities include coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining HR documentation, managing attendance and leave policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and advising leadership on HR best practices.



The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, organizing training and development programs, and ensuring a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices for workplace policies in India.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and levels.
• Proficiency in using HRIS or HR management software, along with solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
• Experience designing and implementing training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
