Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Identify potential OEM’s, Control System Integrators, Automated Precision weighing suppliers as well as e-commerce / logistics / warehousing solution companies and machine builders and penetrate these accounts.
* To handle all assigned key accounts independently.
* Achieve Net Sales & AR targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
* Achieve activities goals as per the guidelines (Demo/ E Demo, Seminar, Customer visits, Webinar, etc.) for target accounts and generate leads.
* Value sell by leveraging high quality sales tool and convert self-generated and marketing leads. Ensure timely response to marketing leads.




* Achieve price negotiation goals.
* Timely and complete data entry in CRM (Activities, opportunities, Leads, Won/Lost orders etc.)
* Achieve cross leads generation goals.
* Work with service team to brick wall all accounts and monitor/improve customer satisfaction.
* Local Market Knowledge

What You Need to Succeed
Key Behavioral Attributes:

* Must possess valuable communication/presentation skills in English and Local language.
* Must possess good business acumen. Should be self-motivated, Proactive & goal oriented.
* Good interpersonal skills
* Should be good at relationship management and have excellent selling skills.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:
BE/Diploma - Instrumentation/Electronics or BSc. In Electronics. Proficient in using CRM and/or an ERP system.
2-4 Years in frontline sales of Capital equipment and in front line sales. Knowledge of Automation, Process or Packaging equipment industry.
