Role Description The Assistant Manager – B2B Commercials will be responsible for managing and optimizing commercial terms and contracts with B2B partners,



vendors, and service providers. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves analyzing commercial proposals, negotiating pricing and SLAs, monitoring revenue and cost metrics, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role includes preparing business plans, forecasts, and MIS reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, finance, and legal, and supporting the implementation of commercial strategies to drive profitability. The Assistant Manager will also oversee contract lifecycle management, track compliance with commercial agreements, and contribute to process improvements within the B2B function.
