Role Description The Telesales Manager role at LIVMAXX POWER TECHNOLOGIES is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The individual in this role will lead and supervise the telesales team, set daily and monthly sales targets, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing sales strategies, reviewing call scripts, coaching team members, and handling escalated customer inquiries. The Telesales Manager will collaborate with senior management to analyze sales data, generate reports,



and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. This role also involves recruiting and training new team members, maintaining process compliance, and ensuring a professional and efficient telesales operation.
