As a Junior Permit Coordinator on the Permit Puller team, you will manage the end-to-end permit request process, from receiving customer requests to delivering complete, accurate permit documentation. Permit Puller provides a comprehensive service that reserves parking spaces for moving trucks, containers, and construction in congested cities across the United States and Canada. You will research locations, apply for permits through city-specific systems, coordinate with local sign posting vendors, and verify billing accuracy. You will work independently while collaborating with the broader team, owning a portfolio of 2-6 major markets at a time. This is a fast-paced role for someone with robust attention to detail and the organizational skills to juggle multiple city-specific processes and deadlines.
