Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Redesign’s brand and client projects by planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with content calendars, drafting copy and visual briefs, coordinating with designers, and monitoring engagement metrics. The intern will help execute digital campaigns, conduct basic competitor and audience research, and suggest improvements based on performance insights. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Chennai, requiring consistent collaboration with the studio team and active participation in brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaign planning and execution.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts aligned with brand strategy.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas clearly.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and current social media trends.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
