Role Overview

Prochant is looking for an experienced Associate Director – HR Business Partner (AD HRBP) to lead strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational effectiveness across its healthcare RCM operations.

This leadership role will partner closely with senior business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, improve employee engagement, strengthen leadership effectiveness,



and drive talent management and organizational development initiatives.

A key priority for this role is proactively managing and reducing employee attrition, improving retention, and building a stable, engaged workforce across business operations. The successful candidate should be capable of identifying attrition drivers, developing effective retention strategies, and partnering with operations leaders to improve employee experience and workforce stability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HR business partnering experience in ITES, BPO, or other large-scale service-oriented organizations. Experience in the US Healthcare or Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry is highly preferred. A solid track record of controlling attrition, improving retention metrics, managing employee relations, and driving people strategies in high-volume operational environments is essential.
