We are looking for experienced AR Callers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and experience in accounts receivable or collections.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to clients for payment follow-ups and collections.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Resolve payment-related queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Achieve collection targets and maintain professional client relationships.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in AR Calling or Collections.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented with a professional approach.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
