Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for driving sales growth across Bajaj Finserv’s product lines by managing a portfolio of customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and inspiring the sales team, tracking performance metrics, conducting market analysis,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to support product promotions, improve customer experience, and optimize sales processes. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, providing regular sales forecasts and reports, and contributing to sales strategy and planning.
