Job Title: Training Specialist

Role Overview: Training Specialist at VXI India, is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that enhance employee performance and support business objectives. The role focuses on facilitation, content delivery, trainee assessment, and continuous improvement of training effectiveness in a dynamic BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver new hire, process, and refresher training programs aligned with client and operational requirements
• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual sessions (including large batches) using adult learning principles
• Assess trainee performance through evaluations, certifications, and ongoing feedback
• Monitor trainee progress and provide targeted coaching to bridge performance gaps during training/nesting




• Collaborate with the Training Manager and stakeholders to update content and drive training effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to training schedules, quality standards, and support reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Prior training experience in a call center/BPO setting for 1 to 2 years
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic training/facilitation and classroom management skills
• Graduate or equivalent work experience
