The role focuses on providing learning administration and back-office support to Deloitte’s UK operations while maintaining a high standard of service and process accuracy. Key Responsibilities Add and manage training classes in the Deloitte Learning Management System. Process scheduled reports and provide delegate lists. Distribute training materials and pre-work. Close training classes and process post-course evaluations and feedback. Complete system updates accurately and within defined timelines. Follow data protection, service-level and operational guidelines. Support additional Learning & Talent administration processes as required.



Eligibility & Qualifications Education: Graduate degree in any discipline. Experience: 0–1 years in learning administration, back-office operations, or customer service operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience in training and development is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
