Qualified & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management, Service Desk Management, Kubernetes.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Management, Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring and incident management.
• Ability to analyze complex system interactions and troubleshoot effectively.
