About the Role
At IndulgeOut, we’re building the ecosystem for offline experiences — connecting people
with experiences, communities and the hosts behind them.
As an Event Host & Community Onboarding Intern, you’ll be responsible for building
and managing the supply side of that ecosystem.
Your job is simple: find the right hosts and communities, get them onto IndulgeOut, help
them succeed, and build relationships that keep them coming back.
This is a high-ownership role. You won’t just be following up on leads or managing
spreadsheets — you’ll own a part of IndulgeOut’s host growth.
What You’ll Own
• Host & Community Acquisition — Identify event hosts, community builders,
creators and experience curators across categories and bring them onto IndulgeOut.
• Onboarding — Take hosts from first conversation to successfully listing and
launching their experiences on the platform.
• Relationship Management — Build robust, ongoing relationships with hosts and
become their primary point of contact at IndulgeOut.
• Host Success — Understand what hosts need to create better experiences, drive
bookings and grow on the platform.
• Reactivation & Retention — Stay on top of existing hosts, identify inactive ones and
bring them back with relevant opportunities.
