Role Description This is a full time, in office Sales Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of leads, and conduct client meetings and product demonstrations for surveillance and security solutions.



The role includes preparing proposals, negotiating terms, closing sales, and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solution positioning, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining CRM records, monitoring market trends and competitors, and providing feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management within technology, security, or related industries.
• Ability to conduct product presentations, solution-based selling, and contract negotiation with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV, IP/analog cameras, NVRs, and security or video management solutions.
