Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining the brand’s luxury standards at the Prayagraj location. This full time,



on-site role includes managing store staff, organizing schedules, guiding performance, and fostering a culture of high-quality customer service. The Store Manager will monitor inventory, merchandising, and visual displays to align with brand guidelines and support sales targets. The role also involves implementing retail loss prevention measures, managing cash handling procedures, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The Store Manager will analyze sales reports, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with regional teams to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
• Store Management experience in a premium or luxury retail environment.
• Effective Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and coordinate with regional and corporate stakeholders
