Role Description The Travel Consultant at CWT is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. In this position, the consultant assists corporate clients with end-to-end travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other related services in line with company travel policies.
The role involves using global distribution systems and online booking tools, providing itinerary options, fare comparisons, and travel recommendations that balance cost, convenience, and compliance. The consultant responds to traveler inquiries, manages changes and cancellations, and handles urgent travel issues to ensure smooth journeys. Day-to-day activities also include maintaining accurate booking records, coordinating with suppliers, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English.
• Experience with travel booking tools and global distribution systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), and proficiency in using standard office software.
