Job Title: Forward Deploy Engineer
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
Location: Hybrid - Bangalore local resources are preferred

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deploy Engineer who can quickly build, deploy, and scale solutions in dynamic environments. This role requires strong full-stack expertise, the ability to develop PoCs on the fly, and the capability to convert prototypes into secure, production-ready systems while working closely with stakeholders.

Technical Mastery
• Full-stack development (Python, Java, SQL)
• API development and integration
• Distributed systems and microservices
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Data engineering and pipeline optimization




• AI/ML systems:
o LLM fine-tuning
o Vector databases
o MLOps basics
o MCPs
o

Key Capabilities
• Capable of building PoCs on the fly
• Strong problem-solving skills under ambiguity
• Real-time troubleshooting capability
• Ability to transform prototypes into secure, compliant production systems

Soft Skills
• Strong communication skills
