Role Description
We are looking for a Sr. Web Engineer with 3–5 years of qualified experience and strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
You will own features from requirement clarification and technical design through development, testing, and release. The role involves making sound engineering decisions, improving application quality and performance, and supporting fellow developers through code reviews and technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and realistic effort estimates.




• Build reusable React components, responsive interfaces, and secure, well-structured REST APIs.
• Design SQL, MongoDB schemas and optimize queries, aggregation pipelines, and indexes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, security, and reliability.
• Write automated tests, review code, and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and project leads to deliver thoroughly tested features.
• Guide junior developers and contribute to architecture and development practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• 3–5 years of professional web development experience, including hands-on delivery of production applications using the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming, error handling, and maintainable code design.
• Strong experience with React.js, hooks, routing, component architecture
