Oracle OTM/GTM Consultant (Offshore)

About the Role
Propero Consulting is looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) consultant to join our delivery team. You will configure, support and improve OTM/GTM Cloud solutions for North American clients, working closely with U.S.-based solution architects and project leads.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support OTM modules, including order management, shipment planning, rates, freight settlement and agents/workflows
• Configure GTM for restricted party screening, product classification and trade compliance
• Build and troubleshoot integrations (XML/REST, OIC) with ERP, WMS and carrier systems
• Write SQL queries, saved queries and reports to analyze data and fix problems
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), data migration,



cutover and hypercare
• Handle post-go-live support tickets, enhancements and quarterly update regression testing
• Write clear configuration documents, test scripts and status updates

Qualifications
• 4+ years of hands-on Oracle OTM experience; GTM experience strongly preferred
• At least two full-cycle OTM and/or GTM Cloud implementations
• Solid SQL skills and familiarity with the OTM data model
• Experience with OTM integrations and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Clear written and spoken English
• Able to work 3–4 hours overlapping with U.S. Central Time

Nice to Have
• Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud certification
• Experience with Oracle WMS
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, food or chemical logistics
