Digital Marketing Associate

Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM IST
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Role & Responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple U.S. markets.
• Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop engaging social media content, posts, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Manage lead generation campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize content creation and campaign strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with practical knowledge and experienced candidates are welcome.




• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong English communication and creative writing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Excel, and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or Power BI is an advantage.
• Willingness to work night shifts from our Chennai office.
