Claude Automation Intern (Consulting Track)
Contract: Internship 3 months - Unpaid
Location: Remote
Engagement: Project-based, with possible ongoing retainer

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on consultant to design and build Claude-powered automation for
our clients. You'll turn messy, manual processes into reliable workflows, agents, and
integrations that teams actually use.
What You'll Do
• Skills: Design and write Claude Skills that package repeatable expertise, instructions,
and templates
• Workflows: Map existing processes and build automated, multi-step Claude
workflows
• Agents: Build and tune agents with the right tools, guardrails, and prompts for real
tasks
• MCP Connectors: Set up and configure MCP connectors to tools like Google Drive,
Slack, Notion, CRMs, and internal systems
• Workflow Automation: Connect Claude to existing stacks (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs,
webhooks) to remove manual steps
• Enablement: Document everything and train client teams to own and extend the
setup
What You Bring
• Hands-on experience with Claude (Claude.ai,



Claude Code, Cowork, and the API)
• Strong prompt engineering and agent design skills
• Working knowledge of MCP and tool integrations
• Experience with automation platforms and REST APIs
• Comfort with scripting (Python or JavaScript)
• Explicit communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
• Consulting or client-facing experience
• Background in ops, RevOps, support, or knowledge management
• Experience with evals and testing AI workflows
• Security and data governance awareness
Deliverables
• Working automations deployed in the client's environment
• Clear documentation and runbooks
• Team training session(s)
• Recommendations for next-phase improvements
