Role Description The Business Development Manager: B2B Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying and acquiring SME clients,



building and nurturing long-term B2B relationships, and promoting Oxyzo’s credit solutions to support client growth. Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, understanding client financing needs, and structuring suitable credit offerings in coordination with internal teams. The Business Development Manager will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach through deal closure and onboarding, while maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports. The role also involves collaborating with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales and revenue targets in the assigned territory.
