Position Overview:
Smith + Howard is seeking an experienced Lead / Supervisor for our India Marketing team. The role is responsible for providing oversight, project leadership, and quality delivery of marketing initiatives. This position will manage cross-functional collaboration and ensure resources are effectively allocated to achieve Smith + Howard’s business and brand objectives.
Reports To: India Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Strategic Planning
•Lead end-to-end management of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with firm-wide priorities.




•Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with defined deliverables and timelines.
•Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Design Standards & Content Quality
•Establish and enforce design and content quality benchmarks aligned with Smith +Howard brand guidelines by demonstrating what valuable looks like through examples, templates, and written standards.
•Review all deliverables before handoff—designs, copy, graphics, and collateral—ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
•Implement a structured QA process that catches errors and refinements before stakeholder review.
•Push back on work that doesn't meet standard; drive revisions and improvements without escalation delays.
•Create and maintain templates and standards documentation as needed (emails, social content, landing pages, graphics, etc.) to guide the team and raise baseline quality.
