We are looking for a GenAI Business Strategy & Transformation Lead to anchor the DESIS GenAI-for-Business ("GAIBiz") effort. Depending on the candidate’s location preference, the position is open for either of our Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram offices in India. This person will be responsible for translating the firm's GenAI strategy into tangible adoption and measurable outcomes across the DESIS environment, working in close partnership with the strategy and transformation core based in the firm's global offices.



This is a role largely built around execution and adoption. The strategy setting and transformation agenda is driven centrally; the mandate here is to land that agenda well within DESIS, shaping it for the local context, driving uptake, and delivering results on the ground. There will be real opportunities to influence direction and expand scope over time, but a candidate who thrives will be one who is energized by making things happen, not solely by setting up the agenda. This role will offer a positive mix of strategy formulation and hands on delivery experience, tilting more towards later.
