Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage strategic customer accounts, strengthen client relationships, drive customer retention, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, enterprise software, or IT solutions, with robust account management and consultative selling skills.

Key Responsibilities• Key Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers.
• Customer Retention: Ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and long-term account engagement.




• Revenue Growth: Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, IT Heads, Finance Heads, and business leadership.
• Customer Success: Coordinate with implementation, product, and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Business Reviews: Conduct periodic account reviews, product demonstrations, and customer engagement meetings.
• Escalation Management: Proactively resolve customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Sales Coordination: Maintain accurate account information, sales forecasts, renewal pipelines, and opportunities in CRM.
