Role Description The Demand Generation Associate is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on planning and executing demand generation activities to build and nurture a qualified pipeline of leads for the business. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, conducting market and audience research, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion.



The Demand Generation Associate will also help manage marketing tools, prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, and contribute ideas to enhance overall demand generation strategy.
Qualifications
• Ability to use Marketing Analytics tools and strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Experience in Lead Generation, including developing and nurturing prospect pipelines across digital and offline channels.
• Skills in Market Research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
• Exposure to Marketing Campaign Management, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with common marketing and CRM platforms is preferred.
