Role Description This is a full-time, on-site voice process role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare revenue cycle processes, responding to client and patient queries, and providing explicit and courteous information. The team member will document call details accurately, follow standard operating procedures,



and escalate issues when needed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining service-level targets, adhering to quality and compliance guidelines, and working closely with supervisors and peers to resolve complex cases. The role may also involve participating in training sessions, sharing feedback to improve processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the voice process team.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage calls professionally and build trust with clients and patients.
