Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* "Service Scheduler" is a key role who will interact with customers to plan visits such as
* Preventive maintenance, Installations and other planned activites. Service Schedulers will work closely with Regional Service Managers, customers and
* Field Engineers to deliver our services, effectively.
* Customer call handling & monitoring over email and phone.
* Planning and scheduling activities for Service Engineers, in alignment with Customers'expectations.
* Negotiate with customer's to schedule planned maintenance activities.
* Ability to know/learn the specific geographic territory and travel time estimation.




* Collaboration with Regional Service Manager and Team Leaders.
* Analysis of Service Calls data from SAP and SFDC system.
* Focus on planned service orders & create advance plan for service engineers.
* Planning and scheduling of installation activities for Field Engineers.
* Collaboration with Call dispatching team with regular interactions.
* Leave room for Short Term and dispatching to manage load factor.
* Good Planning skills as per available resources & ensure field service productivity.

What You Need to Succeed
* Diploma, BSc - Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or Any Graduate
* Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
* Good Negotiator
* Good knowledge of MS Excel
* Preferred - Knowledge of SAP and SFDC,
* Preferred - Positive knowledge of Customer location and time to travel, for a specific region
