Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Role:
* Handling emails received from internal / external customers.
* Keeping a control over TAT period.
* Raising SharePoint request for customer master data maintenance.
* Updating customer’s credit limit and payment terms on SAP.
* Preparing and circulating monthly SharePoint report to stakeholders.
* Preparing MIS dashboards and presentation.
* Collaborating with cash application and stakeholders as per requirement.
* Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time.
* Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
* Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's.




* Attendance at the early monthly call is mandatory, and it is scheduled to occur once every month.

Shift Timings:

* Shift time would be either 9:00 pm to 6:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm

What You Need to Succeed
Educational Qualification

* B. Com

Technical Skills

* 3-4 years' experience into international customer service preferably into cash collections.
* SAP knowledge will be preferred.
* Telephonic skills should be excellent.

Soft Skills

* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
* Robust process knowledge with focus on constantly improving productivity and processes.
