Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
In your role as a Support Engineer Professional, you will have the opportunity to:

* Provide technical support for assigned applications by doing the troubleshooting
* Document the support cases worked on for further analysis purposes
* Cooperate with Product Managers on customer support cases
* Assist in software products testing
* Provide pre-sales support
* Support market organisations in customer projects off- and on-site with assigned applications installations (proposing/ designing system architectures, implementation plans, configuration features, validation)




* Train market organizations and end-customers
* Write technical documentations e.g. knowledge base articles, description of a functionality etc
* Create/ adapt training documentation/ video

What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.
Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience.

* Good knowledge of installing/ maintaining software needed for production process.
* Positive knowledge of root cause analysis and problem solving techniques.
* Experience in technical support, engineering or similar.
* Broad technical experience (advanced concepts of computer architecture, microservices, network, database, Windows Server OS, virtualizations, web services, load balancers, caching, etc.) in application support of large distributed client-server systems.
* Knowledge of setting up/operating container-based systems (Docker or Kube
