JOB Time :

4 AM to 1 PM Pacific time zone to 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM Indian Time Zone

After November 2026 to March 2027

4 AM to 1 PM Pacific time zone to 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM Indian Time Zone

Job Responsibilities

Prepare US individual and business tax returns.

Handle bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.

Prepare and review P&L; and Balance Sheet.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure tax compliance.

Communicate with US-based clients regarding tax and accounting queries.

Mandatory Skills

2+ years of experience in US Taxation and Bookkeeping.

Hands-on experience with Xero is mandatory.

Hands-on experience with US tax return preparation and US tax forms: 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120-S..

Knowledge of US accounting principles and reconciliation.

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Solid attention to detail and client-handling skills.

Experience working with US-based clients.

Preferred Skills

QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online.

Note : Candidates must be comfortable working independently in the office after 11:30 PM.
