Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) Architect with strong expertise in designing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining IBM ELM solutions. The candidate will be responsible for architecting end-to-end Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration across engineering tools, optimizing workflows, and supporting requirements management, test management, change management, and traceability across the software development lifecycle..
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement end-to-end IBM ELM architecture aligned with business and engineering requirements.
• Architect and manage IBM ELM tools, including requirements management, test management, and change and configuration management.
• Configure and integrate IBM ELM applications to support end-to-end engineering and development workflows.
• Define solution architecture, technical standards, integration patterns, and implementation best practices.
• Establish requirements traceability across requirements, development tasks,
test cases, defects, and releases.
• Lead IBM ELM implementation, migration, upgrades, customization, and environment configuration activities.
• Integrate IBM ELM with third-party tools, CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex architectural, performance, integration, and application issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, solution architects, and project managers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure security, access control, system reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, documentation, knowledge transfer, and technical mentoring.

• Experience with the IBM Jazz platform and Jazz Team Server (JTS).
• Knowledge of IBM Rational DOORS, Rational Quality Manager (RQM), and Rational Team Concert (RTC).
• Experience with IBM Rational Publishing Engine (RPE) for reporting and document generation.
• Integration experience with GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OSLC integrations, and automation using scripting.
• Experience with ALM4A or similar ALM platforms hosted on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with enterprise-scale ELM deployments, distributed environments, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, configuration management, and software development lifecycle processes.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, industrial engineering, or other regulated engineering environments.
