Title: Director & Head — ServiceNow / ESM Tools PracticeLocation : Pune, India (global travel as needed)

- Own the practice numbers: revenue, margins and budget.
- Work with sales on big deals, from solutions and estimates to pricing and client demos.
- Manage our ServiceNow partnership and grow the number of certified people.
- Oversee ServiceNow, ITOM and observability projects, and step in when things go off track.
- Hire, grow and keep a strong team, and build the next layer of leaders.
- Bring AI (Now Assist, GenAI, agentic AI) into our offerings and how we deliver.
- Build reusable assets and accelerators that help us win and deliver faster.
- 20+ years in IT, with 10+ years in ServiceNow, ITSM or ESM.
- 5+ years running a practice, CoE or large delivery unit with P&L; responsibility.
- Handled a P&L; of USD15M + and 20 + Clients
- Has led teams of 150+ people across countries.
- Has helped win multi-million-dollar deals.
- Solid ServiceNow knowledge: ITSM and ITOM, plus modules like HRSD, CSM or GRC.
- Has worked with clients in Europe, the US, the Middle East or APAC.
- Engineering or computer science degree.
