• Job Purpose:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS person to support the Marketing Department by preparing reports, maintaining marketing data, tracking campaign performance, and generating actionable insights. The candidate should have solid proficiency in MS Excel, data management, report automation, and dashboard preparation to support effective marketing operations and business decision-making.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Marketing Department.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze marketing data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards to track marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and budget utilization.
• Track marketing activities, promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, scheme settlement, and marketing expenditure.




• Monitor campaign-wise, channel-wise, and region-wise performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing leads, campaign responses, promotional activities, and marketing related databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams, sales teams, and other stakeholders to collect data and ensure timely reporting.
• Identify data discrepancies, investigate variances, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.
• Automate repetitive reporting activities using advanced Excel functions to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
• Prepare presentations, charts, summaries, and performance reports for management reviews.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of all MIS reports.
• Support the Marketing Manager in data analysis, performance tracking, and other reporting requirements.
