Role Description The Purchase Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Aurangabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including processing purchase requisitions, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. The Purchase Executive will monitor inventory requirements, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with internal departments to understand material needs, evaluating vendor performance,



resolving discrepancies in orders or invoices, and supporting cost optimization initiatives. The role also involves adhering to company policies and compliance standards, maintaining clear documentation, and contributing to the efficiency of the supply chain.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Solid understanding of Procurement processes and vendor coordination.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze pricing, negotiate terms, and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing procurement is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or procurement software.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
