Role Description The Inside Sales Executive role at LearningShala is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves engaging with prospective learners via calls, messages, and virtual meetings to understand their education and career goals and recommend suitable online programs.



The Inside Sales Executive will qualify and follow up on leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and ensure timely conversion of inquiries to enrollments. Responsibilities include explaining program features, fees, and admission processes, addressing questions or concerns, and providing a high-quality, trust-based experience for each prospective student. The role also includes updating CRM systems, collaborating with mentors and counseling teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets while maintaining skilled ethics and transparent communication.
