Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Application of e-payments and cheques receipts from customers in SAP for PAN India.
* Meeting defined productivity and quality benchmarks.
* Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
* Ensuring operational performance through Team Presentations, Process Quality Initiatives, etc.
* Improve the overall cash application process.
* Coordinating with stakeholders to bring resolution on pending invoices.
* Mailbox management.
* Creation of daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
* Bank GL Entries reconciliation,



SOA - Ledger or Statement of Accounts, Balance Confirmations to Customers.
* Provide month-end support to ensure smooth month-end ledger closure.
* Any ad-hoc activities as per process requirements.

What You Need to Succeed
Educational Qualification:

* M.Com or B.Com (or similar) with accounting experience.

Technical Skills:

* Knowledge of SAP/CRM ERP, preferably ECC 6.0; proficient in Microsoft Office (familiarity with Power BI, macros, and other tools is a plus).
