We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive who can identify current business opportunities, build relationships with U.S. healthcare providers, and help expand our client base.

About the Role:
This is a sales-driven role for someone who understands B2B business development and can independently manage the process from prospect identification to client acquisition.
You will focus on identifying potential medical and dental practices, reaching decision-makers, initiating conversations about their billing and revenue cycle challenges, presenting relevant service solutions, and converting qualified prospects into long-term business relationships.




We are looking for someone who is proactive, comfortable with outbound sales, and accountable for building a healthy sales pipeline and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients, including independent medical practices, dental offices, physician groups, and multi-location healthcare organisations across the U.S.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, professional networks, online research, and other outbound channels.
• Connect with practice owners, physicians, dentists, practice managers, billing managers, and other relevant decision-makers.
• Understand prospects' existing billing processes, operational challenges, and outsourcing requirements.
• Present Medinext Solutions' medical and dental RCM services based on each prospect's business needs.
