Role Description The Finishing Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing all finishing activities at the construction site. This role involves coordinating and supervising trades and subcontractors for finishing works such as painting, flooring, plastering, fixtures, and joinery to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. The supervisor will monitor daily site operations, inspect workmanship against specifications, manage material usage, and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with project managers and engineers.



The role includes maintaining site documentation, progress reports, and checklists, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding schedules and project status.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of finishing works in building construction, including materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Experience in site supervision, daily planning, and coordinating subcontractors and labor teams.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
