Responsibilities:

* To develop and execute yearly budget plan to achieve financial targets at country level.
* Implementation of mission, vision and values of the organization including deliverance of the high quality, customer focused care as per up-to-date day standards.
* To explore new opportunities and business potential in terms of markets, customers and products. Special focus on localization of select products to expand market penetration.
* Represent India for PRO Division at SBU level, work closely with the SBU teams and leverage resources for business development of SF/SI business.

* Extend expert advice and support to the frontline sales and service team. Develop service capabilities for installation and commissioning as well as service contracts.
* Drive financial stability and consistent growth in revenue through sound financial management responsible for development, implementation & monitoring of budgets for sustainable business growth.
