Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* 1) Responsible for Achieving Pan India assigned targets of TS Product and consumable Of Lab SBUS.
* 2) Achieve defined AR target
* 3) Coach and develop team with next level of competency (TS group guild lines & material to be used
* 4) Motivate and retain team to achieve long term organization objective
* 5) Drive initiatives ( CGP, GWP, LTO, I base calling, No of Instruments sales etc.)
* 6) Deliver monthly and quarterly objectives and develop dashboard to effectively measure it (Sales Number BA, Region, SPG, Account wise, LTO, etc.)
* 7)
Find recent avenues and Strategy to drive growth ( pH solution business and Crucibles etc.)
* 8) Drive ARC Renewals
* 9) Collaborate with RLS/SLS to penetrate regional accounts and develop short term tactical plans
* 10) Drive PR in TS channel and effectively approve set discounts limits without price leakage
* 12) ensure smooth order to cash collection by collaborating and influencing all stake holders
* 13) Develop team competency with regular training by Tech support and IMSG team
* 14) Develop competency of team to enable selling of WS/ANA high end products through TS channel. Ensure effective involvement of field team for ANA products to improve conversions and develop synchronization with field team
What You Need to Succeed
- Science graduate or any technical graduation, Biotech etc.
- Experience in handling a Team.

- Experience in Lab/ Analytical industry
